SUMMARY: Responsible for providing on-line support to prospective applicants via Live Chat accessed through the Anthem.com website.

MAJOR JOB DUTIES: Providing positive customer relations to prospective applicants with demonstrated product and benefit knowledge. Includes responding to technical inquiries related to the online application and/or questions related to the benefit plan or application process.


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required. 2-3 years of experience preferred.

SKILLS: Proficient oral and written communication skills required. Requires keyboard and basic PC office software proficiency. Knowledge of benefits and products preferred. Call center or sales experience preferred. Sales license preferred.

Candidate must be able to work 7am to 10:30pm Monday thought Friday and 1 Saturday per month
