Customer Service Representative $14.00/HR - Full-time / Part-time

We are currently hiring for one of our clients in Omaha, NE, our client is a great company with lot's of growth opportunity. Customer Service reps will be taking calls from members and questions on benefits, claims, payments, differnet products etc. with the goal of resolution and retention. These calls will be 99% inbound and 1% outbound (reps may call Pharmacys or Dr. Offices to gather information for customer). Looking for someone with experience in a call center and customer service field. Medical knowledge is preffered but not required.
