Duties & Responsibilities

Regular monitoring, motivating, recognizing and coaching of Communicators to enhance job performance.
Lead a team of 15-20 outbound call center agents.
Hold Communicators accountable/Counsel Communicators as-needed.
Monitor phone calls, conduct side-by-side coaching and provide real-time feedback, motivation and recognition to all communicators on your team and assigned programs daily.
Create a culture and environment of excitement and energy by implementing contests, recognizing staff, and maximizing employee potential.
Have a presence in the call center by walking the floor and being available at all times for Communicator questions.
Conduct meetings and training sessions with Communicators.
Complete detailed feedback reports that provide an overview of the calling session while offering strategic recommendations for campaign improvement.
Ensure quality guidelines and performance metrics are adhered to.
Notify Manager of all technical difficulties with the dialer system, workstations, etc.
Check the key performance indicators (KPI's) of Communicators. If there are issues, work with the Communicator(s) on the appropriate corrective action immediately.
Perform other duties commensurate with that role.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of 1 year of successful supervisory experience in a call center
A high level of energy and the ability to motivate and coach
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Demonstrated leadership capabilities motivating, recognizing and coaching teams to success. High energy is a must for the position! Strong presentation skills. Familiarity with call center technology, terminology and predictive dealers. Ability to create a team setting that encourages both individual and team accomplishments; ability to establish goals and evaluate the performance of team members. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Previous experience working in a blended inbound/outbound environment is preferred.
