• Location: Univ of Montevallo - Resident Dining Hall, 1 Vine Street  Montevallo, AL 35115  Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Weekends and weekday evenings
• Requirement: Experience preferred

Summary: Maintains cleanliness of the dining room including tables, floors and service areas; stocks all service stations; assists food servers with table service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Quickly clears dirty tables and prepares table for resetting; clean up any spills in the dining room.
• Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment, including silverware, linen and condiments; wipes down booths and chairs, moves tables and chairs, and cleans floors as necessary.
• Empties trash in dining area when necessary.
• Brews coffee and tea; maintains cleanliness of soda fountains and beverage dispensers. Replaces juice/soda syrups when needed.
• Performs any general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor.
• Performs all assigned side work, including replenishing condiments and restocking side stands.
• Perform other duties as assigned, such as cleaning unexpected spills, handling special guest requests, and greeting and seating guests.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
