Greets each guest upon arrival, itemizes each order and collects guest’s payment for order utilizing the Point of Sale register system.
- Greets guests with a smile as they enter the restaurant and portrays a professional demeanor at all times.
- Itemizes and totals guest order using Point of Sale register system. Accepts guests’payments for orders and returns correct change or credit receipt.
- Promotes sales of menu items and special promotions. Answers guest questions regarding products.
- Assembles food and beverage orders and packages them for dine-in, carry-out or delivery.
- Restocks service area supplies to ensure sufficient quantities to sustain business flow.
- Maintains the cleanliness of the restaurant and grounds as necessary.
- May be required to serve drinks from dispensing machines or make and serve hot drinks.
