About this job

The Sous Chef holds a junior management position within the kitchen department, reporting to the Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef, and is responsible for supervising the day-to-day running of the restaurant kitchen in the Resort. In addition the position will manage food costs and production control for the restaurant, and culinary training for all kitchen employees on a daily basis.
