*Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel Photo Editor
* QuickBooks- Optional
*The right candidate has to be bilingual in Spanish and English, Great communication skills.
Activities:
Creates and prepares shipping documentation, invoices, purchase orders, including Bills of Ladings, shipping labels, etc
*Website update, pictures and price.
âa, ¢Routes outgoing shipments through various methods and schedules transportation of shipments
âa, ¢Interaction with Customer Service, to ensure that the customer's request is filled.
*Packing and shipping.
*Excel Reports
