Customer Solution Specialist/Job Title
Assist customers in need of roadside assistance via phone, selecting and dispatching service providers, customer care and follow-up. ***Computer Skills a MUST*** We are looking for English and Spanish speaking individuals.
Essential Functions
1. Answering inbound customer calls.
2. Through active listening determine customer needs.
3. Ask essential probing questions to understand each customer's unique situation.
4. Communicate via phone to external service providers to dispatch correct service.

Qualifications/Skills
1. Min 1 yr. Customer Service Experience
2. Call Center Experience Preferable
3. Typing /PC Skills, familiar with Microsoft Office Software
4. Ability to multitask use multiple screen and data bases with ease
5. PeopleSoft Experience a plus
6.Must have a US Bank Account or Bank Of America
