Our client is looking for a Administrative Specialist to join their team in South Orange, NJ. This individual will be an integral part of the office, ensuring office operations continue to run smoothly and efficiently. You will have the unique opportunity to learn other aspects of the environmental consulting industry including indoor environmental quality, sustainability (LEED), laboratory operations and energy conservation.



This is a Part-Time and Hourly position working 20 hours per week. Hours are flexible.

In this position you will maintain office operations by receiving and distributing communications, maintaining supplies and equipment, assist with inventory and filing, assist office staff, and serve clients. Job duties include:



Perform administrative duties including answer and direct phone calls, ensure filing is kept up to date (electronic and hard copy), receive and distribute incoming mail, send outgoing mail.
Manage and send client deliverables
Maintain office and field supplies by checking stock, anticipating requirements, stocking items, and delivering to workstations
Provide support to the Client Services Specialist, Vice President, Sales Teams, and the Field Teams.
All other assigned duties and tasks

Job Requirements

In order to be considered for this exceptional career opportunity you must have the following:



Exceptional Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills
Proficient technical writing and oral communications skills
Experience within an office setting
An interest in indoor environmental quality and/or sustainability highly desirable
