Description: Accounting Assistant, AP

Duties and responsibilities include the following:
1. Process accounts payable within deadlines and communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies when needed.
2. Provide vendors with tax exempt certificates.
3. Prepare lien releases and second tier lien releases.
4. Maintain paperless historical records by software filing system.
5. Protects organization's values by keeping information confidential.
4. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Previous accounts payable experience needed. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Applicant must be able to multitask, work under pressure, be detailed oriented, organized and a solution provider.
