Customer Service Inbound Call Center Representatives

One of our customers is growing and a number of Customer Service positions have just become available. If you're great at helping people over the phone, we'd like to talk to you. What you'll be doing:
Customers call into our support center and speak to our customer service team. You'll answer their questions about products and billing, and look into any complaints they may have. When possible, you'll be working to upsell new products to your customers. You'll be much more than just part of a call center, you'll be a subject matter expert (paid training provided) who helps retain and grow our customer base. , and as the call center continues to grow, there are going to be opportunities available as team leads or to work in specialized departments.

Working hours: 8 am to 6pm am Monday - Friday, some weekends

Requirements:


--You must be 18+ years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
--Reliable transportation
--2 or more professional references of past supervisors that Randstad may contact directly

Preferences:
--Prior Customer Service experience is a big plus

Hours: The call center is open from 6pm to noon, and you'll need to be flexible to work shifts during those hours.




Call Center Representative
Virtu Staffing is seeking for call center representatives to work in the U.S. area to handled about 60-70 calls per day. Responsible for customer interaction and executing the sales processing procedures. This includes customer phone contact as well as order processing, follow up, processing and preparing responses to customer correspondence; processing customer account adjustments; updating customer account requests and performing related tasks as required. 8:00am-4:30pm The following requirements are as followed: - Must have 3-4 years of call center experience - Answer an average of 70-90 daily incoming calls as a priority. Transfer calls to appropriate staff members as necessary. - Handle heavy data input and telephone usage. - Have the ability to multitask; entering faxed orders in between incoming calls, checking and responding to emails, phone calls, and company communications. - Have the ability to speak clearly on the phone - Promote clients services by providing accurate information to existing and potential customers. -Be proficient in MS windows, outlook and internet search engines. -Constantly prioritize tasks and sales opportunities. - Be willing to learn and apply company policy and processes. -Demonstrate at all times; dependability, responsibility, accuracy and attention to detail by meeting attendance and work performance standards. - Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. - Pay is 14 Virtu is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
