This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the area's largest privately held staffing firms!

Work hours will be Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

The Sales Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting sales staff and marketing by providing administrative, clerical, and customer support. The Sales Administrative Assistant will assist sales and marketing managers by tracking, analyzing, and reporting sales information. Additional responsibilities include coordinating the submission of proposals, tracking sales progress, and assisting with database maintenance. Strong computer and organization skills are required.

The Sales Administrative Assistant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

* Maintain database by inputting and updating customer profiles
* Analyze database by reviewing customer profiles
* Prepare and distribute sales reports
* Update managers by consolidating, analyzing, and providing summaries
* Resolve problems by researching/analyzing the data and history
* Prepare PowerPoint presentation and other needed materials for the sales department
* Coordinate the submission of proposals
* Assist department to reach organization goals by completing related tasks/projects
* Provide administrative support on special projects
* Word process needed documents
* Other duties as needed

The Successful Candidate must have:

* An associate's degree or 1+ year(s) of experience in the field or in a related area
* 1+ years of administrative/clerical service experience
* General understanding of office practices. Strong computer skills to include Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Adobe illustrator knowledge is not needed but is a plus!
* Will need to have excellent customer service, oral and written communication skills. Must have excellent organizational, analytical, and anticipatory skills. Must be detail oriented and possess the ability to complete projects, which require a quick turnaround time. Ability to manage multiple tasks with conflicting schedules and deadlines. Ability to work under pressure and to be able to work effectively with a diverse workforce. Must have the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity to reports and information.
