About this job
Serves as a liaison between LabCorp branches or regional laboratories and its customers in response to inquires and problems. Researches, troubleshoots and resolves customer problems. Performs a wide variety of administrative/clerical duties (i.e., payroll, paternity testing, billing, data entry, and phlebotomy). Passing score on data entry assessment required-5,000+ KPH and 5% error rate or less.Call center experience required.Clinical laboratory testing, medical front or back office, phlebotomy or similar experience required.
