Summary : This position delivers prompt, friendly, courteous service to Guests ensuring all order for guests and servers are done accurately and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
This person would be responsible for proper set up and maintaining a clean and efficient bar throughout their shift.
Approaching and greeting guests, taking orders, make and deliver order, checking back to ensure satisfaction.
Ensuring uniform and presence are immaculate and professional at all time.
Also responsible for cleaning bar areas during and after shift.
Person would help with glassware par levels and inventory and complete other duties as assigned by management.
Some equipment operation involved, bending and lifting involved, continuous standing and walking.
Job Requirements
This person will spend majority of shifts bartending with some serving shifts required.
Previous bartending experience required and an Alcohol Awareness training class preferred.
Must be flexible and able to work AM's, PM's, Weekends and Holidays
