About this job
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
-Schedule client appointments, extensive internal meetings, travel itineraries and arrangements, and also event planning for retreats and offsite meetings.
-Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations such as Board of Director-related items and training materials.
-Maintain electronic filing system.
-Manage special projects as needed.
-Screen telephone calls and resolve inquiries.
-Provide outstanding, quality customer service.
Desired skills and experience:
-5 plus years of Executive Assistant experience.
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
-Proven ability to act independently and develop recommendations and solutions to solve issues.
-Anticipate executives' needs.
-Proficient written and verbal communication skills required.
-High level of energy and professionalism.
-Maintain a high degree of confidentiality for all communications.
-Proficiency with Microsoft office suite (Outlook-calendar, email, contacts; Excel- spreadsheets, graphs; Power point- presentations; and Word).
-Excellent organizational skills and superior attention to detail.
We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package including the following benefits, which are available on the first day of employment with Schneider Downs: medical (including vision), dental, disability, life/AD&D, 401(k), paid holidays, and paid time off. Position will be salaried, with occasional overtime, which will be paid at time and a half for hours worked in excess of 40 per week.
