The role of Ski & Snowboard School Administrative Assistant is designed to provide administrative support to the Ski &Snowboard School.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Accurate set up of instructors in RPOS
- Efficient and accurate payroll input
- Assist Ski & Snowboard School managers, supervisors, and administrative staff as needed
- Track instructor training and assist with clinic set up in RPOS
- Problem solving for payroll and administrative offices
- Understand and update instructor files and schedules
- General clerical duties for that location
- Holidays/weekends/evenings
- Must pass background check
Requirements:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel specific applications
- Clerical, data entry, or office experience
- Fluent in English
Preferred:
- College degree
- Previous RPOS experience
- Previous PeopleSoft experience
- Previous payroll entry experience
- Previous office management experience
Key Skills:
- Strong organizational skills
- Time management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
