In this fast-paced role, you would manage Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacy Clerks to ensure productivity and improve current processes. Monitoring and managing staff productivity and quality
Personnel management
Handling escalated calls to ensure member satisfaction and save time
Managing projects as needed
Acting as the SME for processes and policies
Identifying potential issues that interfere with workflow
Determining and implementing process improvements
Identifying trends and ensuring fair workload distribution

Required Qualifications:


High School Diploma/ GED
2+ years of quality assurance and/ or process improvement experience
2+ years Supervisor or Team Lead experience
Intermediate in MS Word
Basic in Excel (creating reports/ spreadsheets)
Working Hours M-F 11:00am-8:00pm. Must be available and flexible to work additional hours and weekends as needed (With occasional need to work nights until 11pm and occasional Saturdays)
Preferred Qualifications:


Experience as a Pharmacy Technician

Experience leading a team of 10 or more employees

Experience performance data entry in Pharmacy setting

Pharmacy Benefit Management and/ or Managed Care experience

Call Center experienceSoft Skills:

Strong communication skills
