As the Senior Consultant, SAS Programming, you will provide SAS programming support for multiple projects, partnering with external Clients and internal staff to ensure timely and efficient delivery of SAS programming to support data analytic projects.   Additionally, you will mentor junior staff on SAS programming, analysis and evaluation of health care claims and advanced SAS programming techniques.  You will also be expected to effectively present data analysis results to clients and senior staff.

Additional responsibilities may include:

Contributing to business development
Directing and managing large projects or a series of smaller projects
Responsibility for project budget management, deliverables, client relations, and staff supervision

Requirements


Bachelor's degree required
Undergraduate degree with 9+ years of progressive relevant experience or Graduate degree with 6+ years of relevant experience; graduate degree preferred
5+ years' experience in advanced statistical concepts and programming techniques
5+ years' experience working with healthcare data; Experience with Medicaid Claims preferred.
3+ years' experience managing mid-large scale projects including but not limited to staff, subcontractors, tasks, timelines etc required
2+ years' experience supervising  direct reports preferred
