About this job
Responsibilities:
Candidate will be responsible for processing lien placement transactions within the Title Department.
Conduct extensive customer interaction via inbound and outbound calls to customers and third parties (dealers, financial institutions, DMVs)Â
Manage a portfolio accounts to ensure outstanding titles are processed and received in accordance with policies and procedures
Provide thorough and accurate documentation to accounts
Maintain superior call and process quality assurance results
Servicing accounts by investigating problems and finding resolutions to create a positive customer experience
Protects the financial interest of the company by securing the collateral
Performs account level research
Overcome objections that customers and third parties may have about timely receipt of  title documents Â
Taking action to resolve account issues which are preventing timely resolution
Update and maintain required reports and systems
Other duties, projects and initiatives as assigned

Candidate should be able to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Candidate should display a great level of flexibility and be willing to learn while receiving on the job training with no formal classroom training available.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:Â
High School Diploma, GED, equivalent certification, or military experience
At least 6 months of titles experience or at least 6 months of lien placement experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
1 year of titles experience or 1 year of lien placement experience
