Remedy Intelligent Staffing is currently seeking a skilled Help Desk Associate for a premier client located in the heart of Madison. This position has hours Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm and offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
• Provide top-notch technical support to internal and external electronic application users
• Test and analyze electronic applications to find most effective strategy in training others
• Monitor application processes to ensure standards are met
• Represent company professionally through courteous customer support
Requirements:
• Three years experience in customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that convey confidence and empathy
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
• Strong professionalism and ability to learn quickly
• Self-starter who works well under pressure
• Understanding of technical terms and ability to explain concepts to customers
• Ability to exercise good judgment and solve problems creatively
• Positive attitude
• Associates Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Wisconsin Preneed Certification
• Demonstrated knowledge of iGO and LOMA 280 and 290
