Call Center Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Our company is looking to fill open positions immediatly. Individuals will be working for a medical company that is helping veterans find private physicians within their area.��

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of call center or have operated in an environment with a high level of calls/customer service. In addition, individuals must have knowledge of medical terminology.��

We are willing to look at resumes whether you have served in a medical receptionist/call center role to medical assistants, as well as pharmacy techs even certified nurses assistants. We are looking for workers with great customer service and possess a "go-getter" type of attitude.��

Responsibilities will consist of but not limited to:��

-Schedules appointments for Veterans using the medical management appointing function for specialty care in the provider network in accordnace with VA guidelines.
- Initiates automated of live outbound phone calls to veterans and providers with timelines
- Contacts network providers to schedule, reschedule or cancel ��appointments
- Responds to inquires and provide information regarding specific aspects of the VA program

Training will be provided on your first week of work.��
