Customer Service Rep - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for CSRs to join this team to help close out the business at the end of 2015. AS this company is closing out the Health side of their business so customers are calling in to the CSRs to make final payments.

CSRs can expect around 30-40 inbound calls per day depending on total volume. Monday and Tuesday are their busiest days. Candidates will be answering inbound calls from existing customers, verifying customer information and helping to process payments.
