Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to the Store Manager to assist with all operations of the assigned store.
• Take direction from the Store Manager to improve customer experience.
• Connecting with customers and customer centric behavior and directing their purchase options.
• Perform daily store activities.
• Regular attendance at work.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED not required, but a plus.
• Candidates must be over the age of 16 to apply
• Be positive, friendly, upbeat and personable
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Able to work in a fun, fast paced environment
• Ability to work flexible days and hours Have reliable transportation
• Strong desire to excel
• Demonstrated leadership qualities
• Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills with customers
• Comfort with mechanical items
• Must be reliable and have high personal integrity.

Adherence to REV's guidelines for physical appearance:

• Males - hair above the collar in back and above ears on the sides; cleanly shaven face; sideburns no lower than middle of ear
• Females - hair in a ponytail if long
• Earrings - none for males; modest stud earrings acceptable for females
• No visible tattoos or body piercings.
• Neat, clean and complete REV uniform every day
• Pre-employment drug testing and periodic drug testing while employed
• Complete a background check
