Job Description
The Dishwasher provides guests with clean, sanitized service-ware, using large sinks and an industrial dishwashing machine to wash all plates, glasses silverware, pots and pans, parts of equipment and tools. Additional jobs may include general cleaning of food preparation areas and stations, picking up and sweeping or vacuuming the dining room, restrooms and parking lot, as well as preparation of utility food items. This position requires that you stand and walk for long periods of time, stoop, bend, twist, reach, crouch, push, pull and continuously use fingers and wrists. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 30 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 80-100 pounds. Specific vision abilities also required. Must be 18 years or older.
