Job Description
Our secret dough is the foundation of our legendary pizza. So, the Dough Maker is one of the key kitchen positions. Using an industrial dough machine, the Dough Maker provides our guests with the highest quality Shakeys food. The Dough Maker prepares dough according to Shakeys Standards, ensuring proper proofing, labeling, dating, and product rotation. A qualified candidate opens and closes station, properly stores all products, ensures proper maintenance and cleaning of equipment and dough area. This position requires that you stand and walk for long periods of time, stoop, bend, twist, reach, crouch, push, pull and continuously use fingers and wrists. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 30 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 80-100 pounds. Specific vision abilities also required. Must be 18 years or older.
