Machine Operator - Full-time / Part-time

These are evaluation to hire opportunities! 1st shift; $13/hour; 5am- 5pm, Monday-Friday and overtime on Saturday, 5am- 12pm during peak season (typically 5am- 3:30pm). 2nd shift; $13.50/hour; 5pm-5am, Monday-Friday The Production Operator is a fast-paced, physically demanding position handling a variety of metal products and operating a variety of manual and automated machinery. This person will train alongside an experienced operator on all machinery, so prior experience working in metal fabrication is ideal, but not required! This position requires lifting up to 50 lbs consistently throughout shift, work up to a 12-hour shift, and read a tape measure down to the 16th of an inch. Additional skills and experience include, but are not limited to, the ability to read drawings/blueprints, convert decimals to fractions and calculate angles. Experience with forklift, overhead crane, and computerized controls are a bonus but not required! After hire on with the company, the associate can earn a monthly bonus based on company performance up to $300/month! They can also receive a bump in pay up to $1/hour!
