We are currently seeking Servers / Waitstaff / Bartenders to work at our on fine dining and casual locations for the 2015 – 2016 winter season.
The Server/Waitstaff is responsible for taking food and beverage orders from guests, and entering orders in our point-of-sale system which relays orders to the kitchen and bar. They will deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter, maintain clean service areas, and perform other duties as assigned.
The Bartender ensures smooth, efficient and sanitary bar operations, as well as cash handling and providing change for the servers. S/he must be knowledgable in the preparation of various alcoholic beverages including mixed drinks, wine, and beer.
