Position Description:
Position in this function includes on-site and WebEx demonstrations of on-line reporting tools for internal staff, and existing/prospective customers and brokers.  Respond to prospective client/broker requests for proposals (RFPs).  Support new client installations/renewals.  Maintain security access to on-line reporting tools to align with registered federal mandated processes.  Support internal/external customer contact to resolve inquiries and issues.  Provide standard and ad hoc reporting support as required by designing, developing, maintaining and publishing operational reports.  Maintain back up support for existing staff (cross-functional work tasks).  Provide operational analysis for decision making based on internal/external customer inquiries; may make recommendations based on the analysis.  Provide explanation for on-line reporting tools and reporting results as needed.  Provide general support by interfacing with vendors and interpreting data analysis.  General support is geared towards internal operational functions as well as for internal/external customers.Job Responsibilities:

Conducting research on causes of mis-payments of claims
Accessing SharePoint and claims databases to retrieve claims information to determine the causes for billing errors
Presentation of findings through ad hoc and standardized reports as requested by internal teams and clients.
Ability to provide product demonstrations on-site and thru a website interface for internal, external, and prospective clients.
Ability to provide clear communication in written/verbal form, and support presentations in a live environment.
Has basic knowledge of theories, practices and procedures in a function or skill.
Performs routine or structured work.
Can work independently or as a team player.
Respond to routine or standard requests.
Use existing procedures and facts to solve routine problems or conduct routine analyses.
Ability to research and respond to inquiries.

Support interpretation and development of ad hoc and dashboard reports.Positions in this function include those responsible for designing/developing, programming, maintaining and publishing operational reports. Provides operational analysis utilized for decision making. May make recommendations based on the analysis, and provide explanations for reporting results as needed. May be done for internal operational purposes as well as for customers.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Associates Degree or High School Diploma/GED and 2+ years of job experience in customer presentations and training
1+ years of job experience leading a product presentation or leading a training course on site or via a WebEx
1+ years of experience using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
1+ years of experience generating ad hoc reports
1+ years of telephonic customer service experience (can be defined as providing customer service to either external or internal customers)
Preferred Qualifications:

Healthcare Industry experience
Experience with resolving issues and making recommendations
Experience working within a fast paced organization required
Experience with quality verification (research, problem solving and resolution)
Ability to perform routine or structured work
Experience in quality review and audit
