About this job

This position supports various banking branch offices. The team is currently in the need of a Customer Support Specialist to assist with processing IRS documents, specifically W8's. Candidates may also be asked to assist team with opening and processing accounts, should volume require such assistance. Processing of documents can be repetitive and candidates must be aware of this and must be able to remain focused throughout as each IRS document requires the same high level of attention to detail.

ASSIGNMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and process IRS documents
- Process Remediation
- Open and process accounts (via telephone)
- Ad hoc responsibilities (will be trained on such responsibilities, should they arise)

- Assists customers with questions or issues regarding their accounts received via phone and/or correspondence.

- Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 4 year Bachelor's Degree - This is a MUST have
- Minimum of 1 year working in a professional environment where attention to detail was required
- Experience working with IRS documents, or awareness to risk associated to IRS documents
- Must have good communication and problem-solving skills.
