Job Title: Administrative Assistant/ Office Manager
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including photocopying, faxing, and filing
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Perform data entry and scan documents
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, presentations
- Ability to juggle multiple projects with accuracy
- Strong administrative skills
- Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and internal departments
- Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills
Qualifications
- Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook (V looks up a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be extremely professional and able to work well independently
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
- Background in Logistics or operational background beneficial
Salary depends on skills and experience.
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Temp to Perm - Looking for someone long term!!.
$15-20/hr
