Job Title: Administrative Assistant/ Office Manager

Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including photocopying, faxing, and filing
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Perform data entry and scan documents
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, presentations
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with accuracy
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and internal departments
  • Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills

Qualifications

  • Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook (V looks up a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be extremely professional and able to work well independently
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
  • Background in Logistics or operational background beneficial

Salary depends on skills and experience.

Schedule: Monday to Friday
