We're looking for super-special folks like you to help us usher forth a new era in sports, dining, and casual entertainment. It's a tall order. . . think you're up for it? If so, read on. Front Desk/Greeter
Good with people? Ever wonder what it takes to welcome customers, prioritize tasks, or manage an operating console to maximize fun and lane usage? Our greeters are the "air traffic controllers" of our centers--concierge samurais who help determine appropriate equipment (shoes and bowling balls) for customers and ensure that the customer is not just served, but having an a-maaa-zing time! These positions are very active roles (mostly night shifts) best suited for folks interested in alternative schedules and the fun associated with delivering superior customer service.

Server
Do you like chatting with folks having fun? Do you enjoy "dishing" delicious and intriguing culinary alternatives and being an authority on a menu of daringly delectable snacks, drinks, and entrees? Then you will LOVE this job! Imagine waiting on ten tables (lanes) with 3 to 6 guests each, learning as much as you can about your guests, getting to know them all by name, and transforming their night out from ordinary to extraordinary. Our Lane Servers have the best opportunity to "roam" the center in the pursuit of fun and exceptional customer service--and with great customer service tipically comes great rewards. Yes, pun totally intended.

Event Host
Do you enjoy hosting your own parties? Then this may be the position for you. Our event hosts have remarkable personalities and are prepared to handle everything from greeting our guests to going above and beyond in creating an exceptional in-center experience.

Food & Beverage Runner
Our Runners deliver food and beverages to either a server or directly to the customer. They're skilled communicators, checking back with the server or customer to ensure that all expectations have been met (or exceeded).

Bartender
Our centers are an eclectic fusion of nightclub, bowling alley, and neighborhood lounge--with a clientele that's as interesting and diverse as our menu. One moment you may be serving guests of a party or a once-a-year event, and the next you may be greeting regulars and preparing their "usual." Can you manage both types of guest? Do you love to talk to folks and meet new people? Got a listening ear and an encouraging word? If you do (and you know how to tend bar), then we would love to meet you!

Lead Cook / Sous Chef
The Lead Cook acts as a "resident squad leader" in the kitchen and assists in some management duties as well. She/he prepares mouthwatering food and beverages for our customers in a way they would never expect from bowling center cuisine. The Lead Cook is not just a great cook--he/she is a visionary and director, creating new and exciting culinary options for special groups or guests in accordance with the Bowlero Food and Beverage criteria and maintaining the sanitation and organization of cooking and serving areas according to local and Bowlero Guidelines. In addition, she/he communicates and trains other kitchen staff on changes to food and beverage options, upgrades, and presentation.

Cook (Prep & Line)
The Cook prepares eye-enticing (and equally delicious) food and beverage options for our customers in a manner that's akin to five-star cuisine--in a food-truck setting. In other words, this is definitely not your typical bowling alley fare. The Cook also maintains the sanitation and organization of cooking and serving areas according to local and Bowlero Guidelines (because a clean kitchen is a happy kitchen).

Dishwasher
"You gotta roll up ya' sleeves. . ." Kanye's not right about a lot of things, but he does make a valuable point about the importance of kitchen cleanliness. The Dishwasher maintains a tidy, sanitized kitchen by washing kitchen utensils and equipment, removing trash, and maintaining equipment and supplies.

Mechanic
Pinsetting machines have been in use for more than five decades, but like all machines they're still subject to failure on occasion. And not everyone is experienced enough to be totally responsible for our Pinspotters. So we decided to create a position that offers mechanically oriented folks who are less experienced a great opportunity to get familiar with these very specialized machines. Our goal? To give you the experience and training you need to fix our Pinspotters and become an Experienced Mechanic! If you are mechanically inclined, don't have a ton of experience, and want to have a crack at our very rigorous and rewarding Training Program, then this is the job for you!

Porters/Barback
The porter position is an essential role in our venue, providing exceptional service to our guests while maintaining sanitation and cleanliness throughout the venue. They take care of the nitty-gritty and do it with a smile.
