Purpose:
Prepare dough and pizza to be delivered to off site locations. Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
Requirements:
* Reliable
* Reliable transportation
* Ability to lift, carry or move up to 50bs
* Flexible schedule
* Ability to safely use handheld (pallet jack, ladder, dolly) and operating (dough mixer, dough slicer) equipment
* Repetitive movement, standing and walking
* Ability to complete work in cold temperatures
* Basic mathematic functions
* Team player
* Clean driving record
Responsibilities:
* Prepare Fresh Brothers product using company recipe and standards
* Prepare food neatly, accurately and in a timely and safe way
