Contracts/Sourcing Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Manage the supplier selection process, negotiate favorable concessions (both price and terms) with suppliers, draft contract language, managed supplier relationships and resolve supplier disputes.

- Manage and operate automated purchasing systems, drive value for members, and provide exceptional customer service.

- Source the commercial, indirect categories such as IT, MRO, professional services
- Lead supplier selection and competitive bidding, including drafting and soliciting requests for information/proposals
- Act as the lead negotiator with suppliers on procurement projects, and be responsible for obtaining service level requirements, pricing terms and all other relevant contract terms and conditions
- Achieve costs savings targets and other VMO metrics
- Draft contracts, including statements of work, and detailed contract language
- Manage contracts, and supplier relationships, including supplier disputes
