Aerotek Recruiting and Staffing is hiring qualified candidates to work as Laminators for a local boat manufacturing facility in Edgewater, FL. Shift is Monday thru Thursday from 5 pm to 3:30 am. Pay starts at $12.75/hour. Candidates with boat building experience are preferred. Must be able to wear a respirator and Tyvek suit.
Ability to perform elementary and routine mix and lay-up of composite materials, fiberglass, resins, and catalysts onto mold surface using various hand tools. Installation of wood and other components into fiberglass hulls, decks, and small part molds is required. May work with various resins, gel-coats, fiberglass materials, foam, and structural adhesives.
Must follow all safety and quality standards at all times and verify quality in accordance with standard process control and quality procedures.
