Needing a part-time caregiver for my 13-year-old daughter who has Asperger's/autism with ADHD for before/after school (about 1 hour am and around 2 hours afternoons). Child is very intelligent but not able to be on her own for these times when I'm at work. Caregiver ideally would be experienced with children/teens in the autism spectrum, understand that child will sometimes be obstinate and needs routine. Caregiver must be patient and understanding. Must not use physical discipline as punishment. Child is very sensitive and also has a diagnosis of anxiety and has a fear of thunderstorms.
