Any Mountain - Tahoe City, is now seeking Bootfitters for the 2015-2016 winter season.

Boot-fitters are responsible for assisting in the management of the sales, demo-rentals, staff, operational and merchandising functions of the store to attain maximum profitability, productivity, and a world - class guest experience.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for assisting guests with boot selection, proper fit, stance, balancing, alignment and custom footbeds.
• Describes and promotes products in line with customers' expressed needs
• Places guests in properly fitting demo equipment
• Conducts inventory of demo equipment
• Performs in-depth boot analysis and work
• Demonstrates high level of product knowledge
• Prior experience, skills and training are required to perform successfully at this level
• May train new and existing associate positions

This position is critical to the delivery of world class service and it is the responsibility of staff members to be friendly, courteous and helpful under all circumstances.

Job Requirements:

• Previous ski boot fitting and ski equipment sales experience, strongly preferred
• Retail experience within a snow sports store, preferred
• Maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn the cash register
• Ability to communicate fluently with co-workers and guests in accurate spoken and written English
• Commitment to exceptional customer service
• Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights and weekends
• Postive, up beat attitude, required
• Passion for winter sports, recommended
