We have a full-time/part-time opening for a 24 MidAmerican Customer Service Representatives.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.

We are seeking candidates to train for placement at MidAmerican Energy's call center in downtown Davenport, IA. Training is scheduled to begin September 30th. Training wage is $12.00 an hour with THE MIDAMERICAN STARTING WAGE IS $15+ AN HOUR. BENEFITS ALSO START ON THE FIRST DAY OF EMPLOYMENT WITH MIDAMERICAN ENERGY.
If you possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, thorough computer knowledge, proficient math skills and the ability to work well with customers you would be a great fit.
The Call Center is committed to great customer service and due to their commitment to customers, the center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays and weekends. PLEASE APPLY IF YOU ARE AVAILABLE FOR ALL SHIFTS (who are available to train on first shift) including weekends and holidays, and are able to work overtime.
NEEDED:
-Problem-Solving Customer Service experience prefer a minimum of 1 year
-Proficiency with computers, math skills, customer service and keyboarding
-Ability to perform under pressure and enjoy working with the public
-Flexibility with your work schedule and be available for 1st(training) and 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends
-Ability to work in a professional atmosphere
