Under the supervision of aLicensed Nurse, provides direct resident care, assists with activities of daily living, personal hygiene and nutrition; monitors vital signs, intake, output and body weight; maintains cleanliness of the residents' environment, reports frequently to the licensed nurse, makes frequent rounds and documents activities. Experience: One year experience as aC.N.A. or Nurse Aide preferred
