About this job

Provide Administrative support to the Cargill Salt Hutchinson, KS facility. Support includes meeting planning and coordination, purchasing and reconciling via SAP, managing calendars, travel coordination. This role also includes handling of confidential material and also involves developing and revising correspondence and communications. This position works closely with the other Administrative Assistants and provide back-up support as needed.

Principal Accountabilities:

Administrative Support

Day to day administrative activities including, maintain office supplies, phone coverage, copier support and providing back-up support for other administrative assistants Purchasing and basic accounting EHS Clerical activities Event planning and coordination Shipping and receiving as needed SAP. Inventory movements, create shopping carts for PO's, receive Items in SAP (SES and GR), communicate w/ vendors, problem Resolution with billing issues. Office mail coordination Expense reporting Complete Facility Service Requests as needed

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent 5 years of professional business/administrative experience Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Self-starter, anticipates needs of the group and takes initiative to deliver quality results Strong decision-making and problem solving capabilities Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, attention to detail and follow-up Ability to effectively communicate within all levels of the organization Strong desire to learn and develop new skills and competencies Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with the conference call scheduling systems Familiarity with use of a corporate travel system Advanced proficiency in SAP Experience using Microsoft SharePoint Experience using corporate expense management system Meeting and event planning experience
