We are currently seeking Retail and Rental Supervisors at Beaver Creek Ski Resort to work at our retail locations for the 2015 – 2016 winter season.

Retail Supervisors are responsible for supervising the day-to-day routine work of the staff, as well as the sales, rentals, operational and merchandising functions of the store to maintain maximum profitability. S/he is also responsible for maintaining business standards and has increased decision making authority, acts as manager on-duty in absence of other management presence. Also, s/he fulfills day-to-day work responsibilities for the organization as needed.

What we are looking for:

• Individuals who are passionate about guest service and the retail/ski industry
• English Proficiency
• Able to work the entire season (November 2015 – April 2016)
• Some experience in retail, sales or guest service positions
