Keystone Resort is now hiring Guest Service Attendants, Hosts, Greeters and Scanners!

Job Summaries:

Guest Service Attendants are responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance to guests in all areas to ensure a positive guest experience. These individuals are highly visible in the resort in order to encourage frequent guest interaction. Guest Service Attendant will be responsible for shoveling snow, escort guests and their equipment, assist in our information center/season pass office as needed. In this role you will be both indoors and outdoors.  There are physical elements to this job; you may be required to lift anywhere up to 50 lbs.

Ticket Scanners are the ultimate resort hosts. They work as part of the Product Sales team to greet and engage guests as they enter the lift line, scanning day-tickets and season passes. Keystone's ticket scanning department is also heavily inolved in the resorts environmental efforts, ensuring proper recycling is being handled.  Scanners ensure that guests have purchased the correct product and answer any questions that the guests may have. Ticket Scanners are friendly, approachable, detail-oriented, and enjoy making mountain entry easy and fun for the guest.  You may even have the chance to operate our CO2 t-shirt cannon!  

Requirements:

  • Individuals who are passionate about guest service and the hospitality/ski industry
  • English Proficiency
  • Ability to work the entire season (November– April)
  • Previous guest service experience
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Guest service attendants must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Knowledge of [applicable mountain] a plus
  • Flexibility is a must, and typically most hours will be on weekends and holidays.
