Providence is calling a Schedule/Registration Clerk to Providence Medford Medical Center in Medford, OR.
In this position, you will:
Be responsible for providing excellent customer service in front-desk operations including answering multi-line telephone systems and scheduling appointments. Collaborate with therapy teams to ensure that patient and clients are seen for appropriate therapies in a timely and efficient manner.
Required qualifications for this position include:
High school graduation, GED or equivalent American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA-BLS) for Health Care Provider certification within 90 days of hire
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Previous office work experience Previous experience in medical environment with a computerized scheduling system Training or demonstrated experience with Windows based software programs
