Summary : The Guest Services Agent is responsible for providing friendly and efficient service during the arrival and departure process for guests, including greetings, parking and retrieval of vehicles, delivery and storage of luggage and complete attention and assistance to all guests.
Responsibilities:
Warmly greeting all guests
Assisting guests with luggage
Completing parking forms to include physical vehicle inspection
Parking guest's vehicles in a safe manner
Retrieval of vehicles in an urgent manner
In-room deliveries of amenities.
Other duties as assigned by Guest Service Manager
Job Requirements
High School graduate or equivalent; Two years of college education preferred
Valid drivers' license and clean driving record; ability to learn to drive manual vehicles
Experience in the hospitality industry preferred
Excellent oral and communication skills; excellent customer service skills
Willingness to work flexible schedule including mornings, nights, holidays and weekends; comfortable standing for long periods of time and handling all types of weather conditions
