About this job
The Clinical Educator is the primary coach for new clinical employees. Responsible for orientation skills competencies and practices utilized in the provision of safe and effective individualized patient care according to the nursing process. The Clinical Educator teaches nursing policies and procedures in conjunction with the Director. Supports all activities, philosophy, goals and mission of Hilton Head Hospital.
Bachelors Degree in Nursing is preferred. A minimum of five years of nursing experience is required. Must have SC RN license or license from another Compact state and current BLS. Experience with adult and pediatric populations preferred.
