Operations is one of the largest divisions in the firm and has diverse responsibilities, including correctly settling and recording millions of transactions per day, identifying and mitigating all operational risks, developing strong client relationships and partnering with technology to realize the full potential of IT and e-solutions. Wealth Management Operations

Global Wealth Management Operations provides brokerage, investment and financial services to hundreds of thousands of individual investors. We apply our expertise in serving institutional clients to create new opportunities for people to achieve their personal financial goals. Morgan Stanley has one of the largest retail brokerage networks, with numerous worldwide representatives and retail locations. Our services are tailored to each client's investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial needs. Products include mutual funds, stocks, bonds, and alternative investments where appropriate, as well as banking, mortgages, insurance and annuities.

Candidate will contribute to the success of established annual collection goals and Credit department priorities. Identifies risk and exposure and creates new solutions, policies and procedures with management guidance. Leads self and supports the team toward reaching business goals. Is accountable for individual assignments and element of group results. Frequent interaction across all levels of the organization including Legal. Research transactions and create unsecured debit files. Frequent contact with internal/external clients to collect and recover open past due items. Experience with bank lending a plus as well.

Skills Required:

Good Excel, MS Word skills. Understanding of the accounting process, understanding of credits and debits.

Industry Experience: Preferred

Computer Literacy: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

Candidate must be well organized, flexible, and willing to learn different aspects of our credit department. The candidate will be focused on collections but will support department reporting and processing
