Max & Erma's Host

Max & Erma's on the Boulevard, located in the exciting Arena District in downtown Columbus, OH has immediate openings available for outgoing and customer service driven individuals to act as a PT Host/Greeter/Carryout.  Must have previous customer service experience. Max & Erma's is a casual dining restaurant committed to quality and excellence. Ideal candidates are flexible in their availability, dependable, and looking for a customer service based opportunity in a fun environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet guests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Seat guests in proper sections based on operations protocol.
• Ensure a balanced workload among servers.
• Assigns and informs servers of their stations.
• Assist in clearing, cleaning, and setting tables.
• Position requires standing for entire of the shift.
• Supports room service department by taking and processing orders.
• Processes carryout orders.
• Other duties as assigned.

This position includes an $9.00 starting hourly wage, dining and travel discounts, special offers from our business partners, and discount programs for selected cell phone providers. Full time associates receive vacation, PTO, Life insurance, and the opportunity to participate in medical/dental insurance plans.
