Maintenance Mechanic

Aerotek is currently hiring driven, hardworking, motivated individuals for a Maintenance Mechanic position for a production facility!

Responsibilities:

(a) General shop practice and maintenance troubleshooting-working with hand tools and measuring and testing instruments. Possess skill set to diagnose most root causes of operational failures.

(b) Hydraulic and pneumatic systems-Proficient in rating and selection factors such as: capacity, speed, flow volume, pressure, construction, style, type and general operational characteristics of air and hydraulic pumps, motors, pressure control valves, directional control valves, cylinders, and flow dividers

(c) Lubrication methods and systems-Proficient in determining which type of lubricant meet the operating equipment needs

(d) Pipe fitting- Basic knowledge of temperature effects in piping systems, insulation and the maintenance of piping systems
