Payroll Manager





Description:

Oversees reconciliation of general ledger entries, prepares Federal and state tax payment calculation and submission, schedules and performs appropriate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end payroll accounting, audits and detects sources of discrepancies within payroll balances, stays current with applicable tax law and wage and hour regulations, is responsible for the accurate data entry and upkeep of record keeping with the HRIS and the company's personnel files; provides sound, expert advice to management and employees on the administration of payroll accounting and related Federal and state regulations.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years experience as a payroll manager is required. Management, communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
