We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Maintenance Mechanic.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
Aurora, IL company is seeking 2nd Shift Maintenance Mechanic:
Pay Rate: $15 - $18 commensurate with skill level.
Hours vary from 8 12 hours - Start Time: 3:00 PM
Experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic with the mechanical ability to maintain production through the safe operation of mechanical equipment.
Duties Include:
Must have knowledge of the servicing and maintenance of electrical industrial machinery and other manufacturing equipment and systems.
Ability to assist in the installation, service and repair of production equipment, electric motors and other related equipment using various hand and power tools of the maintenance trade.
Perform regular preventive maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating and servicing a wide variety of production machines and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Demonstrated understanding of safety programs such as lock out/tag out, ladder safety etc.
Experience with Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Motors, Conveyors, and PLC s is desirable.
Welding (stick) is a plus.
Requirements Include:
Must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work overtime and on Saturdays, which is a requirement.
Capable of standing, walking, bending, twisting and squatting for long periods of time.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Must have reliable transportation.
Bilingual is a plus. English/Spanish
