The Marketing Cloud Solution Engineering team is an innovative group of professionals at the heart of the Marketing Cloud's industry leading solutions. The Solution Engineering team sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Client Services and Product. Responsibilities
Support demonstrations of Salesforce Marketing Cloud application tools by designing and developing customized emails, landing pages, and other digital assets using a variety of programming languages and tools
Support the development of custom digital presentations that help bring cross-channel customer journeys to life.
Develop a deep technical and business understanding of the Salesforce platform as well as other best of breed eCommerce, CRM, CMS and web analytics toolsets.
Minimum Requirements
Have demonstrated proficiency coding HTML and CSS for email and the web.
Experience working with JavaScript and other JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as jQuery
Experience with Visual Design, Interaction Design, and Customer Experience Design
Have demonstrated design skills and experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Photoshop & Illustrator.
Experience with data architecture / schema
Preferred Requirements:
Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Web Design and Development, Computer Science, Informatics, or Interactive Design
2+ years experience in front-end web development with strong knowledge of hand-coding HTML and CSS, as well as scripting languages such as JavaScript, Action Script, Cold Fusion, or VB Script.
Understanding of digital marketing best practices
Experience developing mobile responsive web pages and emails
Experience with presentation software including PowerPoint and Keynote
A passion for solving problems
Knowledge of email compliant HTML and email marketing platforms or experience with SQL, XML, JSON, JQuery, PHP, ASP, and Object Oriented Programming is a plus.
Experience Storytelling, Storyboarding, Copywriting is a plus
